DANISH MODERN MODEL EJ315 TWEED, LEATHER AND OAK TWO-SEATER SOFA. Designed by Erik Ole Jørgensen for Erik Jorgensen Møbelfabrik, labeled underside Item # 208NSG26A. The EJ315 was designed by Erik Ole Jørgensen in 1972 for production by Erik Jørgenzen Møbelfabrik, the current example still retaining its original label on the underside of the front rail. This is the two-seater version with a replaced tweed upholstery of very fine grade while the frame retains its original cognac patinated leather. The lower portion of the frame is executed in a wonderful golden oak. A very fine selection. Measurements: 32″ H x 30 1/2″ D x 60 3/4″ W; approximately 16″ H to seat. Condition Report: Tweed upholstery in overall very good condition with only the most minor of discolorations; leather is heavily discolored and patinated throughout, quite lovely with a nice sheen and fading; minor scuffs to frame; very sturdy and tight in all joints, comfortable and supportive. Vintage 1960′s mid century modern sofa and chair set. Galaxy Designs by Kroehler. Sofa and chair are a matched set with tweed like upholstery in a yellow/green. Wood arm accents bring to mind retro sportscoats with the suede elbow patches. Upholstery is in good, if dusty, condition. No smoke smell observed. Three seat sofa measures approximately 82″ long, 34″ deep overall, and 29 high at back. Seat is 16 1/2″ high, and 20 1/2″ deep. It is 21 high to arms. Weighs an estimated 100 lbs. Single seat chair measures approximately 32″ long, 34″ deep overall, and 29 high at back. Seat is 16 1/2″ high with 21″ between inside of arms. Weighs about 50 lbs. Please get quotes from Uship prior to purchasing. Spectacular 1962 MCM mid century modern circular modular sectional sofa. This is in spectacular condition for its age!! One of the sofa pieces has sun bleaching on the back. The fabric is a wool tweed. Zippers on the cushions for cleaning. This includes three matching pillows that need new stuffing. It also includes a matching ottoman. The ottoman needs a repair on one of the legs. It is also missing its square wood tapered leg. This was built in 1962 in America. It was very well taken care of with no tears or rips. There are a couple of stains on the fabric under the cushions. There is fabric missing under the couch pieces that cover the springs. When I sit on it it sinks down a little bit more than I would think but I remember these doing that but you could put a firmer foam in the cushions. Again this is in extremely amazing condition. Has it’s a little flaws but very well taken care of. The sofa pieces or 28 1/2 inches tall with the seat portion being 15 1/2 inches tall. Each end portion of the sofa is 55 inches long and the corner piece is 68 inches long diagonal. It would be much longer if I measured the entire curve of the back. So the area that it will cover is 178 inches long. The pieces are 35 pinches deep. Each couch piece weighs approximately 80 pounds. Ottoman is approximately 17 inches tall by 32 inches long by 22 inches wide. It weighs approximately 40 pounds.
