Early Modern Teak & Leather Sofa, needs some re-upholstery, Scandinavian. An elegant beauty that is showing some age. Our mom used this sofa daily for 55+ years, it’s tough as well as elegant. The leather cushions show some wear but the leather is all intact still on them. Each cushion has a zipper for easy removal of the leather cover. The cloth upholstery of the body of the sofa seat, under the seat cushions, is starting to shred, some foam and springs showing, and needs to be re-upholstered. There are scratches near the bottoms of the legs, and three parallel scratches about 1/4 inch long on the L arm. The back of the sofa is black leather as well, and is intact, though separating along the top edge where it was sewn to the leather covering the front face of the sofa back, where the three back cushions rest. On the left arm, held in place by a bit of blue painters tape (see photo) there is a 2 inch long piece that was knocked out during the last move and needs to be glued back in place.
