It is our pleasure to present this Beautiful Victorian Rococo Laminated Rosewood J & JW Meeks full 9 pcs Stanton Hall Parlor Set. This set is so named after the namesake set at THE STANTON HALL MANSION in Natchez, Mississippi. This Fabulous Meeks Stanton Hall patten parlor set consists of a fine Sofa, a pair of wonderful armchairs, an attractive set of 4 side chairs, and a rare pair of accent chairs. This outstanding 9 pcs parlor set is presented in professionally restored and recently upholstered condition. The Armchair, Side Chairs, and Slipper Chairs feature laminated rosewood backs while the Sofa has material on the reverse side. Features include floral carved cartouches amidst open scrolling, reticulated foliate and grape carvings, serpentine seats, cabriole legs, and all raised on casters. Like Meeks Stanton Hall pieces can be found in the Reference book, Furniture of the 19th Century by Richard & Eileen Dubrow, pages 99, 100, 112, and 118.
