Estate Patrician Furniture 1982 Mid-Century Orange Checkerboard Upholstered Sofa Sled Chrome Base. Size 72.5 in long by 28.75 and high by 27 c size 16.5 in tie by 21.5 inch deep. Photo 6 Shows top back corner hole kind of minor it could be filled in Plus. It’s on the back corner in person not so noticeable Photo 7 Shows on top very minor fray Photo 8 Showes Minor spot front seat. I have not tried to clean it off. Thank you for looking.

You will see the sofa and chairs clearly in the sale photos. The sofa is 88″ long & 34″ tall. The chairs are 40″ wide and 34″ tall. The items are in the same condition as when they were removed from the Beverly Hills mansion in February of 2021.
