This is a wonderful beautiful classic piece. It will work with almost any decor. Just simple and elegant. Custom made and very high quality. A new sectional of this quality would be well over 10k. The condition is extremely good. It definitely does not need to be reupholstered. The fabric looks great. There is hardly any wear. Nothing noticeable at all. With a light cleaning this fabric. Should have many more years of life. It sits on the soft side. Measures 114 inches by 114 inches. Back 29 tall included the back cushion. Arms 25 inches tall. Back 25 inches tall. Depth 35 inches overall. 25 deep taking into account the back cushion. Seat 17 inches tall.
