Impossible to tell how old exactly because it’s in such good shape and the cushions feel like new like no one ever sat on them, but I’d say they’re at least 30 years old or better because nobody makes sofas this well anymore unless you’re paying a fortune to a custom maker! Most importantly it’s soooooo comfortable, sleek and absolutely chic. Now, this does’t need reupholstery BUT, if you wish to customize, it would be so easy, and you could even do a straight side without a roll arm for a slightly more modern look- all very easy! It’s the only way to go to get Architectural Digest worthy, showroom quality without showroom prices (like these were wheen they were new which I’m guessing was over 8500 each). , cut out the middle man and get exactly what you want. I have a list of shippers (whom I’ve used before with great success) who can transport this to most places in the country for a very reasonable cost, or we can solicit quotes from Uship. Couple of very minor blemishes including a foot scuff at the rear skirt at center which will clean out and which you can’t really see at all, but please ask and i will send pictures of close ups.
