Brandt Ranch Oak Sofa Couch Furniture Cottagecore Floral Vintage Bowtie Cutouts. Fabulous western floral sofa by A. Love it or hate it, I have not encountered many who are in between. The in your face floral works just right with the hint of mcm from the bowtie cutouts and western flare. The very hard to find floral upholstery is faded (see pics) but in otherwise good shape. Some wear to the wood most notably on the outer foot. Besides cleaning I have not restored or recovered anything. Not sure if the past owner was a smoker or had pets. I didn’t see any pet hair and there are no bad smells (smoke, musty). Super comfy and sturdy. The frame and springs seem to all be intact and working great. 36 tall (top of back to floor). 80.5 long (armrest to armrest). 37 depth (back to front). 21 armrest to floor. 21 seat depth (front of seat to backrest). 17 from knee to floor (front of cushion to floor). You will need a helper to get it inside your house / wherever you want it but I can bring it to your driveway. Please send me a message before purchasing if you would like it delivered. My zip code is 49505. The sofa weighs probably 150 pounds but that is just a guess. Two people can lift it but it is heavy. It is about 80.5″ long by 36″ tall by 37 deep. A. Brandt Vintage Sectional Couch Love Seat Ranch Oak MID Century

I have a very nice vintage. This piece is from the rustic ranch oak line of furniture. This line was built in Texas and is made from solid oak and is really substantial. This sectional can actually be used in several different configurations. It could be a 3 section couch, or a love seat and a separate chair. It can be used as love seat section with a corner table and the extra section at the other corner. I photographed the piece as a two-piece couch/love seat and with the chair as an additional piece. The chair part has no arms and can be placed between the two pieces with arms to make a longer couch if that is what is wanted. The upholstery is in amazing condition and is made from a really strong fabric. The multi-colored effect is dark overall and really attractive. Its low slung, casual look makes it fit in with many contemporary approaches to interior design. The measurements: As a 3 piece couch: About 85 inches long, 28 inches high, and 35 inches deep. The chair is 23 inches wide, 28 inches high, and 35 inches deep. The sectional is in excellent overall condition with some dings, scratches, and nicks as is appropriate for its age. The legs, sides, etc. Are in ready to use with a little cleaning. This collection was factory distressed to add character, so the flaws from use hardly matter. The style of this line has a hand-gouged effect that is finished off with “whiting” to give it its distinctive antiqued look. This piece is heavy for its size because of the use of thick slabs of solid oak. There may be a couple of springs missing underneath but the sections all work as is. I replaced a couple of weak or broken springs when I acquired this set about 5 years ago. It is pretty easy to do. It comes from a non-smoking home. NOTE: All sales are final. Mid Century Western A. Brandt Ranch Oak living room set. Consists of all original pieces. These were government contract pieces, and have government contract stamps on the bottom. The Set consist of 1 platform sofa, 1 platform love seat, 1 platform chair, 1 corner table, and 2 end tables. The corner table is solid wood, the end tables have laminated Formica type tops. The upholstery is original, but needs a good cleaning, or replacing. Made in Fort Worth Texas. All pieces are as found, original finish. Scrapes, scratches, dings, etc etc. You could use as is, or refinish. These have seen much use. Solid as a rock, but cosmetically it has seen a lot. All three pieces are Brandt ranch oak furniture. Two sofas/couches and one chair. The frames of the set are very solid and like new, just needs new fabric to match you style. All shows a hole which is acutally a knot hole on one of the arms. The one photo This is a very rare wood pattern and you will not lik. Ely find another set for sale like it. All sales are final. If you want more photos or info let me know. Great for cabins, rustic rooms, or porches. Redo cushions in the pattern you want and this set will last you a lifetime. Right on Dead lake.
