Original fabric with wear as expected for fabric 55+ years old. Some fraying on the foot stool. The Chrome is in marvelous shape. No pitting or rust. Only light scuffs on the bottom of the chair (where it rest against the floor). 37 tall (Measured from back to top of chrome). Chair Seat is 33″ Wide and 33″ Deep. Ottoman is 28″ Wide x 23″ Deep.
