The black vinyl seat cushion appears to be original and includes two wedged bolsters that previously have been reupholstered in a tasteful botanical motif set against a soft cerulean blue. This sofa measures 74″ in length and 31″ in depth. Condition: As with most genuine vintage furniture you can expect typical indicators of previous use. There are areas of mild to moderate surface scuffing to the wooden frame and legs. Unlike most sofas of this variety, this piece boasts a fifth leg offering both greater stability and adding subtle nuance for the perspicacious collector. The black vinyl seat cushion is in very good condition for its age. Upon close inspection, you’ll find several scratches (none of which penetrate through), a nearly negligible surface pock that resembles a burn (less than dime-size), and a few minute areas of discoloration. The wedged cushions have been hand stitched to mend an area of seam separation. The black-painted steel back supports have commonplace areas of paint loss and patina.
