Mid Century’s Brazilian minimalist Percival Lafer’s infamous MP-211 Sofa & Lounger. All original with tags. Sofa is in very good vintage condition. Leather shows creasing commensurate with age but is not dried up / cracking. I beleive the legs are brazillian rosewood. They have held up nicely with just some evidence of wear / dryness at the very bottoms (bottom inch – most likely from floor cleaning over the years). Overall I’d say this pair has survived beautifully and are ready for a new home. Hard to find this set in the Los Angeles area. Lafer’s work definitely has room to explode in value.
