We are pleased to offer a fabulous Mission Oak drop arm settle or sofa. It retains its original finish and, we believe the seat is original; the leather has been replaced at some point. It has a great look and is a comfortable, practical and very usable piece of furniture. We added the four back cushions for additional comfort; they are upholstered in a soft dark maroon fabric. He was told that the brand was Lifetime of Grand Rapids, a well known Mission furniture maker, but we found no labels or marks. It features mortise and tenon construction with beefy slats and posts – a very impressive and heavy piece. Measurements are as follows. Length from outer edge of arms 87. Height at arm 25 1/4. Seat height 17 1/2. Height at back post 36 1/2. Depth at arm 32. Condition: As can be seen from the photos, it is in overall very good condition. There are a few areas of scratches and a water ring or two on the arms – just signs of use. There are no large areas of damage and the leather cushion is in very good shape.
