Overall the sofa is in great condition. Has a small repair see photo with quarter. A pull in the material see photo. And one button on the back missing see photo. The cambric / dust cover under the sofa is loose on some sections. Top has been cut to fit a beam, Can easily be repaired with plywood or Formica laminate.
