This is a Jens Risom designed sofa. It is in very good condition structurally and it is actually clean and fine to use as is. I was told that the owners worked at the Risom factory in North East Connecticut and chose this fabric from the factory. The fabric is fine and quite clean. The seat foam has hardened and could use replacing. All other foam, straps, etc are fine and need nothing – just the seat. The solid walnut frame looks good and is rock solid with no damage or repairs. The sofa is 82 long x 31 high back x 31 deep.
