REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE! This sofa came to me via a recently deceased family members estate located in central Michigan. Their family home was bought/built in 1930 so the furniture is at least that old. The piece was professionally reupholstered about 4-5 years ago. It is in immaculate condition although the wood is just time worn. When it was refurbished a couple of springs were repaired or replaced on one side. There is a matching chair that I have listed as well. 83″ W x 39″ H. I have detailed measurements if needed. I would prefer to sell as a set and do not want to split them up.
