Denver, CO–Washington Park East Hood. I will of course, work with any shipper you hire. What a lovely 2 pc lot of antique wicker furniture. I usually hate wicker.. Squeaky, rickety, wobbly & uncomfortable—- But this is NONE of those.. It looks great and is impressively comfortable. I could not find a makers mark on it… But I can tell this was very well made. It is some rope type material–Not some brittle wood pieces. It is not at all uncomfortable.. These are NOT from the same manufacture…. But they are pretty much the same color. The rocker has a tag on the underside, BEMIS RIDDELL Co. The sofa has NO makers mark. They look sweet together.. Only one flaw to point out… There is little bit of typical wicker fraying at the arm rest on one side— pictured. Sofa- 64″ Wide and 32″ Tall. Chair 31″ Wide and 25″ Tall. The cushions will of course need to be recovered but will need nothing more… They are still VERY firm and comfy.. The springs are in great health.. All the stuffing is in great shape. Overall, this was very well preserved.. It was in a home in Boulder, CO and belonged to a gentleman who lived to be 107…. He had these pieces in his home for MANY years… You can just tell they were not moved around a lot. I also picked up another set from this same estate… Looks like these were in a pet free home… I see no evidence that make me think there were cats in his home… We are really enjoying the look of it in our 1920s bungalow. The rocker is SWEET! Im 6’2 180lb and it takes my weight nicely. The paint on this is beautiful! I love the funky Victorian mix of purple and orange..
