Fresh from a New York City estate, we have a pleasure to offer you this beautiful. Style Carved & Upholstered. Made during the second half of the 20th century. Frame is finely carved and gilt, covered in breathtaking fabric. Chair is in very good structural condition, shows light age / use wear (please view photos). The fabric on the seat is clean and beautiful. We will try and have it cleaned. Size is great for house or apartment at. Deep, and the seat height is. It is a very good quality example, will look spectacular in any setting!

Uncommon sofa designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar c1955. Clean lined design with unique detached sides or “split arm”, on tapered mahogany legs, upholstered in a cream/beige argyle pattern fabric. In overall very good condition for age. Fabric is not original but is vintage. Foam is in great shape. Fabric shows minor wear from use, great shape aside from faint water stain which is on the underside of cushion and not seen. Perfectly usable as-is, or would look great re upholstered. Minor wear to legs. Structurally solid and sturdy. Estimates: East coast 1-2 weeks, West coast 2-4 weeks.
