Overall very good antique condition with upholstery losses as photographed. Wear consistent with age and use. Measures – 34″h x 44″w x 24d.

This is an absolutely AMAZING Monumental living room suite set designed by Martin Borenstein of MB Designs for Croyden Furniture as part of the their Challenge Furniture Collection. This sofa is THE sofa of mid century sofas and truly deserves to be the center of attention in your sprawling mcm or modern home. The design of the sofa is truly timeless and unique to others of its time. The beautiful rich walnut wood combined with the sculpted arched brass plated steel legs and marine tweed fabric makes this piece a nearly one of a kind piece. The sofa offers 2 lamps, one large tiled lamp that matches the colors of the sofa, while the other is built into the wood frame and turned on by a knob on the front. The set is modular in that the pieces sit in to a framework and can be switched positions allowing for the best configuration in your space. Large platform sofa: 169 W x 32 D x 27.25 H.
