Antique French Louis XVI 1850′s 5 piece Settee Sofa chair set Original finish. Fantastic 5 piece original Louis XVI settee, 2 arm chairs, and 2 side chairs, made in France circa 1850. Hand carved frame is all original including the finish which is stunning. These have been reupholstered with high end pearl white Belgian upholstery. Settee Dimensions: Height 38″ x Length 53″ x Depth 22. Arm Chair Dimensions: Height 36″ x Length 28″ x Depth 22. Side Chair Dimensions: Height 36″ x Length 16″ x Depth 20. Condition: This is an all original antique set. Condition is above average for the time period. There is a small spot of water damage in the finish of the settee love seat shown in the photos. They will not open or bring any product inside. Please make arrangements to receive your order ahead of time. Schumacher Custom French Louis XVI Style Chaise Long; Light Fruitwood Finish. Elegant French Louis XVI chaise by “to the trade only” Schumacher Furniture. The head of the piece is scrolled, and there is a partial back that rolls down and ends towards the foot. A separate, removable cushion is buttoned and has cord trim. The fabric is a woven cotton with a embroidered motif. The frame is made of carved and turned hardwood, and finished in a light fruitwood color. The frame is structurally perfect and mint. The fabric shows no use – however, there is some minor damage to the fabric is three spots; on the lower left front, and in the front and back corners of the panel at the head of the piece (very minor). We’ve photographed all three areas. It is just fine in its current condition, or an excellent candidate for re-upholstery. Out of a North Shore estate from Chicago with high end designer pieces. Measurements: 66″ long, 39.5″ tall and 28 wide. The cushion is 51.5″ long and 22″ wide – 27.5 wide at the foot where it widens past the back. The seat is 21 high to the top of the cushion. This set of Teak Sofa (without cushions) and 3 tables was manufactured in India in the 1960′s. The couch is 67′ long by 34″ wide and 30″ high, coffee table (which needs work) is 45″ long by 31″ wide by 18″ high and the end tables are 25″ long by 17″ wide by 16 1/2″ high. It is in used good condition with the original finish. The sofa has a break and repair on one side. The large table has heavy wear and has been altered.
