Very sturdy and fabric is nearly new as well as the wood. Non smoking house and no cats. Matching pair of chairs, Rich brown with rose carving. Satin Moire Stripe in near perfect condition. Settee is 45″ Wide x 32″ Tall x 23 deep. Pair of matching chairs are 27″ wide x 44″ tall x 21 deep. Hard to find such a lovely parlor seating trio. The only reason we are not keeping this couch for ourselves is that we could not get it through our 1929 doorways! It has a tall seat back which makes it feel de luxe, the springs are springy and even, and the cushions feel new. Soft, soft to the touch. There are a few minor discolorations in the upholstery, the skirt on front corner has some scuff/tear as pictured, and upper corner on the back has a scuff, also pictured. This was made for indoor use or, perhaps, on a covered deck or patio but definitely not the out of doors.
