I only sat in the middle seat so the chase and chair ends is unused. It even still smells new. Never spilled any food or drink of any kind on it. This is a very large Sofa. You can rearrange seats in different ways with the two corners together and the center separated as a love seat. Absolutely beautiful they don’t make them like this anymore! Bought it over 50 years ago from an antique store in Beverly Hills California. Store owner explained that it had been acquired at an state sale in Pennsylvania.
