From a meticulous smoke free / pet free estate. Very comfortable, hardwood frame w/ springs quality sofa that will last and last.. Very clean piece of furniture. The Upholstry has not been abused or stained up and overall saw little use as this was in my clients shore home; that said there is a bit of Wear here and there and one patch (see pics- hardly noticeable with this print). The fabric is well within the reds/browns family. 83″L (6′ 11″). Includes a small piece of extra fabric for mending. PLEASE examine pictures and ask any and a questions.
