The seat height is 16 1/4. Footstool – 27″ Long, 18″ High, and 18 Deep. This set is in Very Nice Pre-owned Condition with some minor wear as shown. There are no breaks or repairs. Sturdy – No Structural Issues. Age appropriate wear as shown – extremely well kept. There are 2 tears (3.75″ and 1″) in the same chair. As shown in last 2 photos. Behind the cushion and cannot be seen. There is a fold in the cardboard on the skirt of the chair on the right. The sofa and the chairs have springs – well made. No odors – comes from a smoke and pet free environment. We have shown pictures in the sunlight. So you can see any imperfections and also see how beautiful the item is.
