An elegant Queen Anne settee with a solid mahogany frame, copied from an English Antique circa 1725, the cabriole legs have scroll-like wings terminating in pad feet, while the out curving arms terminate in graceful volutes. Features High End Schumacher Rose Silk Chinese Peony Damask fabric. The Chinese Peony Damask fabric is reproduced from a brilliant lacquer red silk made in China in the 1740s. It was used for upholstery or women’s gowns during this period, made of 100% silk. Very high end construction from the Kittinger Williamsburg Reserve Collection model number CW-154. Condition Report: Very Good Condition with some scuffs and scratches as expected with usage. The upholstery is in good condition with some stains and wear as expected with usage.
