SIZE:: Overall approx 52″ high x 79″ at widest (arms) Floor to seat 19″ high and seat is 21 1/2″ deep. CONDITION:: Overall good used condition.. Shows some minor use wear and age.. Including some minor scratches, marks, rubs, chips and nicks.. NO odors or tears noted in fabric – dusty from storage and will need a general cleaning..
