There are a few finish chips as shown in the photos and you could do a slight cleaning on the fabric underneath the cushions but this really is in amazing condition!! Massive Ornate carvings and outstanding style! The couch is 45 inches tall by 86 inches long by 35 inches deep and it weighs approximately 120 pounds. The loveseat is 43 inches tall by 58 inches long by 35 inches deep and weighs approximately 80 pounds.
