The hand-carved frame was made of beech wood and was refinished with high quality silver leaf and the complete set was re-upholstered with beautiful turquoise velvet. It is a very sturdy set, suitable for every-day-usage and has comfortable padding. Purchasing the items separately is possible. However, I do have plenty of other items that are in my warehouse in The Netherlands.
