This is a very good looking and well made suite, each piece has massive oversized Lion hairy paw feet to the front, they are carved from solid English Mahogany, the front panels are in the same timber and depict floral detailing finishing with Acanthus leaves. The suite has been recently upholstered in this period correct colour blood red fabric, it has a velvety finish and feel. The suite is fully coil sprung so the arms back and base, its very comfortable and stylish. The suite is around 200 years old from new so will have age related wear to the frame and internals, the upholstery is in good order, there will be some light colour variations and very light ware again from honest use. I can have the suite fully upholstered in premium cattle hide leather then hand dyed one of three glorious browns, for a quote please ask directly.
