A unique and rare curved french provincial sofa and chair set featuring hand carved Italian walnut c1940′s. This set is beautifully detailed with high quality material. More photos are available upon request. Both the chair and sofa frames are tight and in excellent condition. Sofa – 75 3/4″ wide, 36″ deep, 36 height. Chair – 31″ wide, 34″ deep, 34 height. Please note the sun bleaching on the back of the sofa (see photo). The sun bleaching is not an issue if the back of the sofa is against a wall. There are also 2 small areas on the left side of the sofa where the upholstery has pulled away from the walnut frame at the seam (see photos). This can be repaired by a professional upholsterer. Other than the areas where the upholstery has pulled away from the frame, the fabric is in excellent condition on both pieces. I also want to point out that both the chair and the sofa are extremely comfortable to sit in. You will enjoy them for many years.
