Up for sale is a vintage, 3 seater couch, used in the reception area of a prestigious NYC law firm for the past 12 years. My wife and I acquired the piece but soon realized it did not fit our house decor. Our loss is your gain. Dimensions are 83 inches wide, 36.25 inches high, 27 inches deep (taken from top of backrest). Couch is in good condition, although the wood does show some surface scratches and pitting of the finish in some places. Cloth is in excellent conditions, with no tears or discoloration. This is the perfect piece for a restoration aficionado to work on. Our intent was to fully restore the old girl. But space limitations make that impossible. A little birdie told us that this piece was originally a prop used in a movie, movie buffs may recognize this piece immediately. Price is a pre-restoration amount.
