Henredon sofa with tufted brocade upholstery. This is from a local estate and it saw very little use in a formal living room. A fantastic one owner ready for a new home. Approximately 28″ tall, 31″ deep, 86 wide. Cushions are about 21″ deep and 17.5″ high. Clean upholstery overall, no damage and no repairs. Structurally very sound, sit perfectly well, the arms have no wobble, legs are sturdy, etc. This saw moderate, adult use, mild signs of age and wear only. Shown in last close up is a very mild, subtle stain, there is another tiny one about 1/2 across. A few minor signs of age and wear but upholstery is quite nice, solid and ready to use. Rips, no holes, no tears, no repairs, no odors (from a smoke and pet free environment). Cushions and springs also seem to be quite nice. Located in Fort Wayne, Indiana 46807.
