Offered here is a wonderful ornately hand carved, curved, and beautifully upholstered Art Nouveau sofa. This upscale sofa has a feather and down single cushion. Which has attached clasps to hold it securely in place. The wood trim is skillfully carved and polished. The sofa has 7 legs. The measurements are: 84″ long, 34″ deep and 37 high. The seat is 24″ deep and about 21″ high. This is an accommodating sofa, not a shallow one, and is very comfortable thanks to the feather cushion. The heavy tapestry upholstery is a deep teal blue and olive green. The actual colors are a bit darker than the photographs portray. There are some very slight pulls on the upper back of the sofa, which only show easily in strong light. Please observe the third photograph. Otherwise, the upholstery is pristine, showing no rips, tears, stains or odors. This is a very clean, sturdy sofa. Please keep in mind that this item is over 100 years old, so not perfect. But it is in excellent antique condition and very stylish, strong and comfortable.
