Tall back with wings. Hailing from England, this tall back leather love seat is stunning and full of charm. Crafted back around 1980 out of a top grade brown leather, it remains in very good condition today. Charming leather, a tufted wing back, and Queen Anne style feet all provide stylish elements to this stunning sofa. The brown leather provides not only a warm color that goes well with almost anything, but also a character that will speak to any room. This leather has aged well with lighter and darker areas. Also, the seat cushions were recently re-stuffed in England. This allows them to possess maximum comfort and will last for many years to come. One of the most obvious and impressive features of this piece is the back rest. The wings provide a style that enhances the tall back. Wing backs were originally designed to help block drafts in old houses, but today are a classic style. Rolled arm rests compliment the wings. A row of brass nail heads on the arms add a little contrast to the leather. Overall, the condition of this tall back leather love seat is very good. The mahogany feet are strong and sturdy. The back of the sofa has a few very small nicks. Also, minor crackling has occurred to the leather at the top of the back rest. We have shown a picture of this. We have treated the piece with leather conditioner, and as long as it is treated a couple times a year, the crackling will not worsen. Leather conditioner can be found at any auto parts store and many department stores. The seating area measures 37 wide and is 20.5 deep. The seat height is 18.75 while the arm height is 23.25. The brown leather is full of charm and is a great color for any room. Here is an image of the crackling at the very top of the sofa. Here is a view of the back. This love seat will go perfectly against a wall or in the middle of a room. The sides are in great shape. Each seat cushion has been re-stuffed in England. The wing backs are a classic look.
