The Settee is in great shape. The Parlor Chair has a chip off the front above the leg refer to picture. The furniture has been kept in a rm that no one uses. I do not know much about the settee or chair they were in a mobile hm at a park our family owns which we took possession of. Have had them for 10 yrs now. I measured the height from the center of the settee down. The depth from the center of the back to the front of the cushion & the width from the widest point. I’m not exactly sure of the age but from what I have been told was from late 1800′s to early 1900′s. No stains or damage. All items from a smoke free home. The actual day the item is mailed is the actual day I take it to the post office. If it doesnt show up on the Postal System tracking, that is not my fault.
