Made in England, circa 1980-90. Few minor cosmetic marks. This exquisite vintage green buttoned leather sofa was crafted in England around 1980-90. The leather displays an incredibly rich complexion that is complemented beautifully by a series of brass brads and of course by the buttoned leather design itself. The removable cushions remain as comfortable as ever, and the mahogany bun feet continue to provide sturdy support. One of the advantages of a vintage Chesterfield sofa is the fact the leather has had time to age to its prime. This piece has that slightly wrinkled, supple leather look that is also quite comfortable. Also, it has plenty of room for three people with interior seat dimensions of 54 wide x 23 deep and a seat height of 17.75. The sofas condition remains good. It has a scratch on the back, and some small marks on a small area on the front of the right arm. Also, there is a little wear here and there along the base. Otherwise, this vintage Chesterfield sofa looks great! The seat cushions appear to have recently been re-stuffed and sit like new! Here is the back of the piece. The sides are in great shape.
